Because each Curious Kiwis curriculum box is custom-prepared specifically for your child and packed with personalised materials, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Every box is created to order with hand-selected supplies, printed materials, and curated activities. For this reason, we are unable to restock or resell returned items.

If there is ever an issue with missing or damaged items, please contact us right away. We’re always happy to help resolve any problems to ensure you receive a complete and enjoyable learning experience.
