A legal disclaimer

1. Subscription Overview

By purchasing a Curious Kiwis subscription, you agree to receive monthly curriculum boxes designed specifically for your child or centre. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled.

2. Payment & Billing

  • Subscription payments are billed automatically on the same date each month.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method is valid and up to date.

  • Failed payments may result in delayed shipments or suspension of the subscription.

3. No Refunds Policy

Because each box is custom-prepared and packed specifically for each subscriber:

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted after an order is placed.

  • We cannot restock or resell returned items due to personalisation and handling.
    If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, we will gladly replace the affected materials when contacted promptly.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Boxes are shipped monthly according to our production schedule.

  • Delivery times may vary based on courier service, public holidays, or unforeseen delays.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Reshipments due to incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.

5. Subscription Changes

  • Updates to subscription tier, number of children, or shipping address must be submitted before your next billing date to apply to the next box.

  • Changes submitted after billing will apply to the following month.

6. Cancellation Policy (30-Day Notice Required)

Curious Kiwis curriculum boxes are prepared throughout the entire month leading up to shipment. Because materials are ordered, printed, assembled, and packed in advance:

  • A 30-day cancellation notice is required.

  • Cancellations made at least 30 days before the next billing date will stop future charges and shipments.

  • Cancellations made within 30 days of the billing date will apply to the following month. You will still receive and be charged for the upcoming box already in progress.

  • Once billed, an order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

7. Customisation & Material Substitutions

  • Each box is created based on monthly themes, age range, and supply availability.

  • When necessary, we may substitute materials of equal quality to ensure timely delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All curriculum materials, artwork, digital content, printables, videos, and lesson plans are the intellectual property of Curious Kiwis. They may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed outside the purchasing household or centre.

9. Safety & Supervision

  • Some activities may require adult supervision.

  • Curious Kiwis is not liable for injuries resulting from misuse of materials or unsupervised activity.

10. Online Resources

  • Active subscribers receive access to digital components (videos, guides, downloads, etc.).

  • Access ends immediately when a subscription is cancelled or lapses.

11. Updates to Terms

Curious Kiwis may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the subscription implies acceptance of any updated policies.

13. Compliance With Government Standards
By purchasing or using this curriculum, you acknowledge that all individuals, centres, and educators are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable government standards, regulations, and licensing requirements. Curious Kiwis provides educational materials and guidance, but does not guarantee compliance with any regional, national, or sector-specific regulations. It is the responsibility of each user to confirm that the curriculum aligns with their local obligations and to make any additional adjustments required by governing authorities.
